All Kandibox canvas designs are printed using the highest quality heavyweight artistic media and the best pigment-based colour-fast UV inks. The use of UV inks in our prints ensures your canvas remains durable and vibrant, maximising the life of your artwork.

We use only the best print machinery, software and technology to bring you high quality, professionally finished canvas prints at unbelievably low prices.

 
     
Framing Information:  

Kandibox source the best quality precision-made stretcher frames to ensure your canvas is stretched and finished to the highest standard. To further reinforce the structure of the framing, where necessary, cross braces and adjustable tensioners are used.

This method coupled with the equipment used is fast becoming the industry standard, and offers further customer reassurance when comparing them to lesser quality imported stretcher bars that produce a much less professional finish.

  
 
Shipping Information:

Postage and packaging is currently only £6.99 per order to our UK customers (UK Mainland only - please see our store guide for further information). As our website is set up to only process orders from UK customers, overseas customers must contact us for a competitive shipping quote prior to placing an order.

All our canvas prints are sent by our preferred courier service in custom made durable packaging to ensure they reach you safely and on time.

Delivery times: Our canvas prints are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours. However, as our canvas prints are made to order and delivered using a third party courier, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. Orders are shipped and delivered Monday – Friday. Delivery estimates include working days, Monday - Friday, not weekends or public holidays.
Please note that delivery times quoted are estimates only. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to placing an order to avoid disappointment. We regret that we cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by the courier/carrier.

Looking after your canvas print:

To keep your canvas print looking vibrant, please follow these care instructions:

  • Keep your canvas print away from direct sunlight
  • Avoid making unnecessary contact with the canvas as to do so could damage the surface
  • Display your canvas print in a moisture-free environment at room temperature, and at a safe distance from any sources of direct heat (eg fireplace)
  • Do not use any form of liquid or chemical products to clean your canvas print. Any dust on the surface of your design can be removed with a soft dust brush.
