Our entire range can be viewed on our website. New products are released on a weekly basis; therefore, a catalogue would quickly become outdated.

2. Do you have a showroom?
We are purely an online business and therefore are unable to offer viewing or collection.

3. How are your canvas prints manufactured?
All Kandibox canvas prints are printed using the highest quality media and the best pigment-based colour-fast UV inks. The use of UV inks in our prints ensures your canvas remains durable and vibrant, maximising the life of your artwork. We use only the best print machinery, software and technology to bring you high quality, professionally finished canvas prints. Each design is hand-stretched over a hidden thick wooden frame. The design continues over the sides and is secured at the back of the frame.

4. How do I hang my canvas print?
Our canvas prints can be hung directly from the deep wooden frame using a nail/screw/picture hook. Two or three nails should be used for the larger canvas prints.

5. Can I order and pay for a product over the phone?
Orders and payment can be made easily and securely via our website by WorldPay. We cannot currently process orders over the phone.

6. How do I look after my canvas print?
As with any fabric, in order to avoid fading, do not place your print in direct sunlight. Display your print in a moisture-free environment at room temperature, and at a safe distance from any sources of direct heat (eg fireplace). Do not use any form of liquid or chemical products to clean your print. Any dust on the surface of your design can be removed with a soft dust brush.

7. I am having problems ordering a product from your website.
Occasionally a 'Buy Now' button may not be working. Please contact us to let us know which product you are having problems ordering and we will fix the button as soon as possible.

8. What are the delivery costs?

9. When can I expect delivery of my order?
Please see our Store Guide for detailed delivery information. Your order will be with you within 5-10 working days, not including weekends or public holidays, unless otherwise stated. Please note that most of our canvases are made to order.
Postage quoted on this site is for orders within the UK only and includes insurance. Overseas customers, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing an order.
Please note that delivery times quoted are estimates only.
We regret that we cannot be held liable for delays in shipping caused by the courier/carrier.
IMPORTANT:
When taking delivery of your order, please inspect the item before accepting delivery. If the packaging and/or goods are damaged, please sign to accept but note that the goods are damaged. If an item has been signed for in "Good Condition", we will not be able to process a claim.
10. What happens if I am not present for delivery?
If you are not present for delivery, a card will be left and you will need to contact the courier to arrange redelivery or collection.

If your order is returned to us undelivered, we will be happy to arrange redelivery, however the return and redelivery costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

11. What if I have not received my order?
Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, parcels can take slightly longer than the stated 7-10 working days to arrive. If you have not received your order within the stated delivery times, please contact us with your order number at orders@kandibox.co.uk and we will trace your parcel. Please note that the delivery times stated on our website are estimates only and the estimates include working days, not weekends or public holidays.
12. What is your return policy?
We aim to offer complete customer satisfaction and offer a 14 day return policy on our products. You may return your item to us in their original condition and packaging, unused/unmarked, and you will receive a full refund to the value of the product(s). Alternatively, you may choose an alternative product from our collection. The buyer resumes the cost for postage and packaging. If you wish to return the goods, you must contact us in writing within 7 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and items made to order are non-refundable. Refunds will be made via the original payment method. Requests for a return or exchange must be made before returning items.

Please help us keep our prices low by reading the product description (e.g. size of artwork) and delivery times carefully before placing an order, as if you change your mind or wish to cancel a purchase immediately after placing your order, we will still be charged a fee for the transaction by the payment processor.
