Delivery
Your order will be dispatched via a third party courier or Royal
Mail, depending on the size and value of your order. Postage and
packaging costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise
stated.
Please
note that our wall hangings and canvas prints are made to order
and each item is hand-stretched.

Orders
are shipped and delivered Monday – Friday. Delivery estimates
include working days, Monday - Friday,
not weekends or public holidays.
Postage quoted on this site is for orders
within the UK mainland only and includes insurance. If you are
not present for delivery, a card will be left and you should contact
the courier to arrange redelivery or collection.
If your order is returned to us undelivered, we will be happy
to arrange redelivery, however the return and redelivery costs
will be the buyer's responsibility.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address the customer has provided
when placing the order.

Returns
& Cancellation Policy
We aim to offer complete customer satisfaction and offer a 14
day refund policy on our products*. You may return your item to
us in their original condition and packaging - incuding bubble
wrap and box in its original size - unused/unmarked, and you will
receive a full refund to the value of the product(s). Alternatively,
you may choose an alternative design from our collection. The
item must be returned in its original packaging. The buyer
resumes the cost for postage and packaging.
If you wish to return any undamaged goods,
you must contact
us in writing within 7 days of delivery
and provide us with your contact details and product codes of
the goods that you wish to return. After receiving a confirmation
email from us with return instructions, please send the goods
to us, and we will refund or exchange your product upon receipt.
Please
note that the goods
must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
We
reserve the right to refuse returned items if the item(s) are
not in their original/resaleable condition, if the request to
return or exchange has been made after the 7-day cooling off period,
or no request for a return or exchange has been made before returning
items.
If you wish to return any damaged
goods, please contact
us in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
If your order has been damaged during transit, we must
be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
*Please note that sale items
and products made to order are not
returnable. Please note that our wall
hangings, certain canvas collections and canvases by our Commissioned
Artists are made to order. C& D size canvas prints are currently
made to order.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method
up to 30 days after the purchase was made.
Requests for a return or exchange must be made
before returning items.
Please help us keep our prices
low by reading the product description (e.g. size of artwork)
and delivery times carefully before placing an order.

Should
a customer wish to cancel any order after making payment, cancellation
can only be made via the standard Kandibox refund process. If a
customer cancels their order with their card provider rather than
following our refund policy, the customer will be liable to pay
Kandibox all fees imposed on us from the card provider. Refer to
our Terms & Conditions point
6.5 for full details.

Looking after your wall
hanging or canvas print
To
keep your canvas print looking vibrant, please follow these
care instructions:

Keep your canvas print away from direct sunlight
- Display
your canvas print in a moisture-free environment at room
temperature, and at a safe distance from any sources of
direct heat (eg fireplace)
- Do
not use any form of liquid or chemical products to clean
your canvas print. Any
dust on the surface of your design can be removed with a
soft dust brush.
