accessing this web site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound
by the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions
may be changed without notice and will apply to any subsequent orders

1.
PRODUCT DETAILS
1.1.
We try our hardest to accurately describe all our products listed on
this website, however if you need any further information or photos
regarding any of our products please contact
us.
1.2. Please note that all sizes are approximate and the actual colours
may differ slightly due to different monitor settings. Due to the natural
run of the print, the design may differ very slightly from the picture
on our website.
1.3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
1.4. Products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered
becomes unavailable before we send your confirmation email or due to
circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you immediately.
1.5 All Kandibox canvas prints and posters are printed to order.
2.
PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS
2.1.
To purchase any of our products simply select your chosen item(s) and
click the "add to cart" button situated by the picture and
product description. Your product will be added to the shopping cart.
When ready to complete your purchase(s), click the "View Cart"
button at the top or bottom right of the shop pages. Click the Checkout
button and you will be taken to the secure payment pages.
2.2. Once your order is completed you will be sent a confirmation email,
confirming your purchase and indicating expected delivery times. Your
confirmation email will be sent no later than within 24 hours of receipt
of your order.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason, including
when products become out of stock or where any details, descriptions
or prices have been displayed incorrectly. Some of our products are
only available to UK residents, including tableware.
2.4. Our acceptance of an order will not be valid until dispatched,
at which point a legally binding purchase contract will be made.
2.5. International
customers, i.e. customers outside of the United Kingdom, must contact
us for a shipping quote prior to placing an order. Delivery costs quoted
on our website and shopping cart apply to UK orders only.
2.6. Please
help us keep our prices low by reading the product description (e.g.
size of artwork) carefully before placing an order, as if you change
your mind or wish to cancel a purchase immediately after placing your
order, we will still be charged a fee for the transaction by the payment
processor.
3.
RESPOND TIME TO CUSTOMER QUERIES
Customer
enquiries will be responded to within 48 hours.
4.
PAYMENT
4.1.
Payment can be made by cheque or credit or debit card via RBS WorldPay
or PayPal, or over the phone.
4.2. Please note that we only accept payment in Pounds Sterling.
4.3. Goods will be dispatched on successful authorisation or clearance
of payment.
4.3.1 Please
note that Kandibox cannot control when the card/payment processor processes
the payment, i.e. takes payment from a customer's card or bank account.
4.4. Returned cheques will incur the relevant bank charges.
5.
DELIVERY
5.1.
Depending on the value and size of your order, your artwork will be
sent via Royal Mail or a third party courier.
5.2. Postage and packaging costs are the buyer’s responsibility
unless otherwise stated.
5.3. Postage quoted on this site is for orders within the UK only and
includes insurance.
5.4. If you are not present for delivery, a card will be left and you
should contact the courier/carrier to arrange redelivery or collection.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for a courier/carrier's
failure to leave a delivery card.
5.4.1 If your order is returned to us undelivered we will be happy to
arrange redelivery, however the actual return shipping costs and actual
redelivery costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
5.4.2 If a customer wishes to cancel their order once it has been returned
to us undelivered, any postage, actual return shipping costs and transaction
fees will be deducted from the refund issued. Refunds can only be issued
up to 30 days after the purchase was made. No refund will be issued
on sale or special offer items or items made to order.
5.5. Orders will be sent to the delivery address you have provided when
placing the order. If a customer has provided us with incorrect or incomplete
delivery details and the order is returned to us undelivered, full actual
return and redelivery costs will be charged to the customer.
5.6.
IMPORTANT: When taking delivery of your order, please inspect
the item before accepting delivery. If the packaging and/or goods are
damaged, please sign to accept but note that the goods are damaged.
If an item has been signed for in "Good Condition", we will
not be able to process a claim and cannot refund or replace the item(s).
5.7. International customers, please note the following: Delivery costs
quoted on our website/shopping cart apply to UK orders only. International
customers MUST contact us
prior to ordering to avoid incurring additional delivery charges and
to check whether we are able to ship the item internationally.
5.8. Orders will be dispatched upon receiving full payment for the goods
and will normally be with you within 3-7 working days* unless otherwise
stated.

5.9. We regret that we cannot be held liable for delays in shipping
caused by the courier/carrier.
*Orders are shipped and delivered Monday – Friday. Delivery
times are estimates only and include working days, Monday - Friday,
not weekends or public holidays.
6.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
6.1.
All Kandibox canvas prints, posters and personalised party banners are
made to order. As each canvas print and poster is printed
to order, we regret that we are unable to offer an exchange or refund
on these items.
6.1.1 Tableware and home accessories can be returned to us for a refund
or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
6.1.1.1 You may return your tableware or homeaccessories, excluding
canvas prints, banners and posters, to us unused/unmarked,
in their original condition and packaging and you will
receive a full refund to the value of the product(s). Alternatively,
you may choose another product from our collection. The buyer
resumes the cost for postage and packaging.
6.2. If
you wish to return any undamaged tableware
or home accessories, excluding canvas prints, banners or posters,
you must contact
us in writing (via email) within 7 days of
delivery and provide us with your contact details and product
codes of the goods that you wish to return. After receiving a confirmation
email from us with return instructions and the correct return address,
please send us the goods and we will refund or exchange your product(s)
upon receipt. Please note that the
goods
must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
6.2.1. We
reserve the right to refuse returned items if the item(s) are not in
their original and resaleable condition; if they have been returned
to us after 14 days of receipt; if the request to return or exchange
has been made after the 7-day cooling off period; or if no request for
a return or exchange has been made before returning items.
6.3. If you wish to return any faulty or damaged
goods, you must contact
us in writing (via email) within 24
hours of delivery.
6.3.1 If your order has been damaged during transit, we must be notified
within 24 hours of delivery.
6.3.2 Kandibox will refund any costs incurred in returning faulty, incorrect
or damaged items, or arrange collection via our own courier on an agreed
date (Mon-Fri). Please note that only one collection attempt will be
made. Damaged items must be returned within
14 days of receipt.
6.3.3 Kandibox will require photographic proof of any fault or damage
prior to agreeing to pay for any return shipping costs. Failing to supply
photographic proof will result in return shipping costs still being
the customer's responsibility.
6.3.4 No item(s) will be deemed as faulty, incorrect or damaged until
Kandibox have received photographic proof and deemed the product as
damaged.
6.3.5 Should a customer receive a sale item that has been damaged in
transit, or a faulty or damaged item that is made to order, i.e. a non-returnable
or non-refundable item, Kandibox will issue a replacement, not a refund.
6.3.6 Items
under the Clearance/Sale section are ex-display and may come with very
small imperfections. All sale items are non-returnable.
6.4. Refunds will only be made via the original payment method,
up to 30 days after the purchase was made. If a product is returned
to us after 30 days, a refund cannot be issued.
6.5. Requests for a return or exchange must be made
before returning items.
6.6. Should a customer wish to cancel any order after making payment,
cancellation can only be made via the standard Kandibox refund process.
If a customer cancels their order with their card provider rather than
following our refund policy, the customer will be liable to pay Kandibox
the chargeback fee that the card provider charges Kandibox, and an administration
fee of £15.00. No fees are charged when the standard refund policy
is adhered to. Kandibox takes chargebacks very seriously and where necessary
will prosecute offending parties without hesitation.
6.7. We reserve the right not to refund items returned to us outside
the terms of our Returns Policy. Such items may be returned to the customer
at the customer's expense. The customer will be notified of the applicable
charges. If the customer sends the item back to us again or refuses
to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority
for us to dispose of the customer's goods without further notice. Disposal
will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in
any way to honour our obligations to the customer in full and will not
constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
6.
PRIVACY POLICY
We
take the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will
use your information only in accordance with all applicable UK Data
Protection legislation. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable
information or a list of our customers to third parties. Your card details
will be handled securely to ensure confidentiality. All card details
are encrypted and not stored in our system.
